Last semester, while attending Azusa Pacific and studying child life, I volunteered 3 times a week at an after school program called THINK Together. I helped along side other individuals in various topics for children K- 5th grade. I have maintained at 3.34 GPA while working along side the children. I am a loyal and dedicated individual with a great deal of ambition to impact children's lives for the better. I love working with various types of people and am always up for a challenge, and for that reason, I feel I would be a responsible choice as a tutor. A few attributes that I believe describe me are: flexible communication skills for multiple age groups, time management/ organizational skills, and a developed tolerance for stress and pressure. I have worked along side children not only as a tutor, but as a mentor while in high school by holding many leadership positions in a variety of clubs.
